Directors Meeting (voting members)

Who: Directors or managers of non-profit and public organizations in the Tahoe Truckee region
When: Third Wednesday of the Month, 10am-Noon
Where: Truckee Town Hall, East Wing Conference Room
Objectives: Oversee work plan in order to: develop strategies to resolve emerging community and service system issues; problem solve gaps, duplications and barriers in service delivery; and increase partner capacity to address community needs

Managers Meeting

Who: 4-6 CCTT voting members; One year commitment
When: 1st Wednesday of the Month, 12 pm - 2 pm

Where:  TTCF Truckee Conference Room
Objectives: Support CCTT staff in implementing policies, fiscal oversight, administration, resource development, and problem-solving
