The North Tahoe Family Resource Center (FRC) is part of an exciting and innovative approach to building community and delivering services. The FRC is a partner of the Kings Beach Integrated Services Project, an integrated service delivery system that builds new levels of collaboration between social service providers, which makes accessing services much easier for the resident. The FRC provides classes, support groups, and a place for children, youth, and adults to come together to celebrate, exchange ideas, learn, play, link with resources, and contribute to the health and well-being of the community.

Tahoe Safe Alliance Prevention Educator
Tahoe SAFE Alliance is seeking a full time Prevention Program Educator. The position will be open until filled. The Prevention Program Educator is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and coordinating Violence Prevention Education and Youth Empowerment Boys Groups in the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee schools and communities. Must possess strong public speaking and organizational skills, and have a reliable means of transportation. A degree in an Education or Social Work field and fluency in speaking and writing Spanish preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends. E.O.E. Salary $15 per hour, paid vacation and sick time, prorated medical and dental benefits after 3 months. Please email your resume along with three professional references.
