Workforce Housing Association of Truckee Tahoe

The purpose of WHATT is to be an advocate for employers and workers in the Tahoe Truckee region. Through education, advocacy, facilitation and networking, WHATT promotes collaboration among the groups and agencies responsible for planning and delivering affordable, workforce housing opportunities in our area. Our objective is to insure that the region has a sufficient supply of affordable housing units, of all types, to meet the needs of our permanent and seasonal workforce.
